WHITE VERMOUTH (16%)

Dolin Blanc vermouth is made from a maceration of thirty-three aromatic plants from the Alps and spices in a sweet white wine. White vermouth is a creation of the Chambérians, long before their Italian colleagues reproduced this style under the name “Bianco”. Its color is shiny, limpid and fluid. Its nose is complex, with aromas of freshly picked mountain plants and citrus notes. On the palate, it offers a beautiful harmony of vegetal notes in a silky texture. The aromas of broom and elderflower are extended by those of fresh almonds and peach. White vermouth is the ideal choice for cocktails like El Presidente or the White Negroni.
