SOLIGNAC Meadow Cumin (43%)

Vodka made from rye alcohol and a maceration of meadow cumin. The whole cumin seed macerates for around fifteen days before distillation.

 

Tasting notes

Nose with notes of anise and wild mint which we find on the palate with a great sensation of freshness until the finish, spicy and warmer, of incredible length.

 

Enjoy neat as an aperitif, with salmon gravlax or with pure dark chocolate.
