OCEANIC Gin (40%)

Fresh, revigorating and iodized, Oceanic Gin is inspired by the sea. Its recipe uses fucus variety seaweed, harvested in a natural environment on the ocean coast. Its flavors transport you to the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. It is produced by maceration and separate distillation of the raw materials. Each distillate is then assembled according to unique proportions. Oceanic Gin is distilled in a micro -distillery with a water-bath still allowing slow distillation.

Ingredients: Juniper berry, seaweed (fucus), lemon, pepper, ginger.

Tasting notes
Nose: Fresh with notes of citrus, juniper and pepper.
Mouth: Iodized, fresh and invigorating, lemon and citrus notes and a saline finish.

Base: wheat alcohol
