Mana’o Amphore is a pure sugar cane juice rum aged for 18 months in a 320l clay amphora.
Pure first press cane juice. Sugar canes of ancestral varieties certified AB.
Discontinuous Holstein 3000l
The cane juice is extracted quickly after cutting, then fermented for a few days before being distilled. This white rum is then aged for 18 months in a clay amphora.
Tasting notes
Crystalline color.
Nose of great aromatic complexity. It offers a beautiful vegetal structure, before revealing in a second time, surprising notes of salted butter caramel. Very fine palate. The quality of the selected canes is expressed through floral and vegetal notes, then opens towards exotic notes
Long and tasty finish, all in smoothness thanks to aging in amphora which preserves the subtle and natural aromatic notes of the cane.
