L’ENTÊTÉ (62%)

In 2012, our master distiller created L’Entêté, a green absinthe naturally colored with chlorophyll. Nine ingredients in total make it up to give it its pretty, almost almond-like, soft green color. Its nose of fennel and anise followed by a balanced palate between the sweetness of fennel and the floral power of the wormwood. Underlined by a very slight bitterness ending with anise, L’Entêté is astonishingly complex.
