As an independent bottler, Nicolas Angénieux selects great whiskeys from our independent French distiller friends and partners. The selected juices are aged in our Ardèche cellar for a refining period in different barrels. The final whisky is then assembled and submitted to a panel of experts with whom we share the same qualitative vision of the finished product for validation before bottling.
Le Champs Des Possibles is a very beautiful single malt whisky distilled in France from organic malted barley. It aged for 6 years in ex-cognac French oak barrels, then we chose to apply refining in our Ardèche cellar in ex-Côtes Rôties red wine barrels (Maison Clusel-Roch Cuvée Les Grandes Places).
Suave, notes of red fruits complement the powerful aromas of fresh cereals.
