As an independent bottler, Nicolas Angénieux selects great whiskeys from our independent French distiller friends and partners.
The selected juices are aged in our Ardèche cellar for a refining period in different barrels.
The final whiskey is then assembled and submitted to a panel of experts with whom we share the same qualitative vision of the finished product for validation before bottling.
Le Champs Des Possibles is a very beautiful single malt whiskey distilled in France from organic malted barley.
It was aged for 6 years in French oak ex-cognac barrels, then we chose to apply refining in our Ardèche cellar in ex-Condrieu white wine barrels (Maison Clusel-Roch Parcelles Coteaux de Chéry).
