Les Feux de Saint-Jean distillery has produced a magnificent absinthe.

Around fifteen organic aromatic plants are infused into an organic cereal alcohol.

All the aromatics of the plants are delicately linked by a traditional distillation over a wood fire to obtain a “white” absinthe.

The green fairy will express itself far better courtesy of a second maceration in order to harmonize the intoxicating flavors of the beautiful bitter and to fix this magnificent emerald color.

Our absinthe does not turn cloudy when adding water, even if it contains a nice part of anise and fennel. For ecological reasons, we have chosen not to add badiane (Asian anises star), nor anethole so common to industrial anised spirit.
