Made by picking fresh elderflowers, then detailing the inflorescences to eliminate any part that could bring excessive vegetal and herbaceous notes. Brief maceration at low alcohol level then distillation. Use freshly picked flowers of the day in the botanical pot of the still to add more sweetness and honeyed notes. Aging and reduction for one month in terracotta amphora.
