DRY VERMOUTH (17,5%)

Dolin dry vermouth is the least sweet of our vermouths. Light, fresh and clean, it is assembled on a white wine base in which around twenty plants and spices have been macerated. Its fresh and elegant nose and its subtle and complex taste are celebrated in particular in the famous Martini cocktail, created at the beginning of the 20th century: the True Martini (1:1) and the Dry Martini (2:1).

The finesse of Dolin dry requires few ingredients to reveal its beauty. A lemon zest or wedge provides an interesting contrast without being too dominant.
