CLOS DES BOUIX (35%)
Some of the aromatic plants necessary for the distillery's recipes are grown in the garden. At the end of summer, the plants still showing good growth are harvested in order to prepare this verbena-based liqueur. If the latter remains the majority, mints, absinthe, lemon balm, hyssop, agastache, mugwort... are present. The liqueur, prepared by separate maceration of the different plants then distillation, is aged for several weeks in a terracotta amphora. Coming exclusively from our garden, it takes the name Clos des Bouix.
