Caraxès is a blend of character created by Manguin: a marriage of Williams pear brandy distilled with finesse in Provence and dark rums from the Caribbean islands. The freshness of the pear is rounded off by the vanilla and spicy notes of the rum: a subtle and gourmet spirit.
