Malted barley.

Still: S.O.F.A.C 1500l.

Manufacturing: Mash is made from locally sourced malted barley then distilled in an Armagnac still continuous. The whisky is then aged in ex-Macvin, Vin Jaune and Vin de Paille barrels for 5 years.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow color with green reflections.

Nose with vinous and woody notes, enhanced by slightly citrus notes.

Light attack and entry into the mouth with the roundness of the malts. It is enhanced by fruity and spicy notes, structured by notes of incense, licorice stick and clove in particular.
