Aube is the distillery's first single malt whisky, and it is revealed in a limited edition. Aube benefited from a five-day fermentation on grains at a controlled temperature in August 2020 before being distilled in August/October of the same year.

Aged in French oak barrels from the Jérôme Fouailly MOF cooperage (70%) and Burgundy red wine barrels (30%).
Slow reduction. Unchill-filtered. No added colouring.
Tasting notes
Natural orange-gold colour tending towards amber.
The nose offers a beautiful intensity and aromatic complexity drawing on notes of cereals, chestnut, honey, tea and hay.
On the palate, a lovely liquorice attack underlined by the high TAV then relayed by the typical notes of the estate, namely malt, straw and bramble.
