APEIRON Ratafia Meunier (18%)

Our ratafia draws its DNA from the historic grape varieties of the family vineyard. The must and brandy for distillation come from a premium selection of our grapes and our terroirs. The distillation operation is carried out at the estate.

Geology and terroir.

Ratafia draws its specific identity through refined research into the expression particular to each layers of terroirs. The latter are selected from plots from Troissy and Bouquigny. For Meunier, we favor Cuisien soils.

Our ratafia finds a wonderful playground of flavours with gastronomy, for example with foie gras and also blue or soft cheeses.
