On Laudet's family, Cyril represent the eighth generation of wine and brandy producers at Château Laballe. Respectful of tradition (with vintages and this old mobile alambic nicknamed Marie-Jeanne), the young couple does not hesitate to upset the codes of the appellation by proposing Armagnacs that play with the codes of etiquette and moments tasting.
