Azurs distillery is the result of the meeting of passionate gourmets, each possessing artisan know-how honed over several decades:
- Laurent, architect then farmer in Petite Camargue. The barley, rye and rice here take on all the iodized personality of the nearby Mediterranean.
- Luc, agronomist, perfumer, cook and above all winemaker, having traveled the Rhône terroirs for more than 20 years.
- Jean-Marie, distiller, blender, breeder of great eaux-de-vie in Charentes for 30 years.
For them, a single watchword: make great eaux-de-vie like a great chef prepares his cuisine: without compromising on raw materials, without ever giving in to shortcuts or ease, with the permanent desire to exalting each detail to achieve harmony as close as possible to purity. This reclusive place sheltered from the urban hustle and bustle becomes the crucible for sharing and meetings of gastronomy enthusiasts, who energize this never-denied thirst for creativity.
