A Leconte

A. Leconte estate is located in the heart of Champagne, in the Marne valley in the village of Troissy. Alexis Leconte takes particular interest in his terroir, conducted entirely in biodynamic agriculture. Within the estate, biodynamics is a true philosophy both for champagnes and for our spirits.

The practice of distillation is a deeply rooted art, transmitted to Alexis by his grandfather, Aimé. In 2015, Alexis Leconte decided to bring up to date the production of typically local spirits: ratafia champenois and fine champenoise.  These products are today recognized with a geographical indication.

We offer three types of spirits:

- Three Champagne ratafias, made from specific grape varieties: meunier, chardonnay and pinot noir.

- A fine Champagne, 4 years old.

- A liqueur made from more or less thirty different plants.
